Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Anca is a compensation and benefits analyst in the firm's Employee Benefits + Executive Compensation Practice Group. She works closely with plan sponsors to make sure employee retirement plans are in compliance with DOL and IRS regulations. She also consults on complex benefit administration projects, terminations of qualified retirement plans, employee benefit communications, governmental qualification filings, and annual plan reporting requirements.
Anca specializes in plan design and tax reporting, and also works on administering master and prototype 401(k) and pension plans. In addition to having more than 20 years of experience in the benefits area, Anca also obtained her Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA) designation in 2014, which allows her to represent clients before the IRS. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and holds the Certified Pension Consultant (CPC), Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA), and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations.
Anca is currently a J.D. candidate at Georgia State College of Law.
