Anca counsels clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues. She collaborates closely with plan sponsors on the design, administration, interpretation, correction and termination of employee benefit plans, and drafts and reviews executive compensation agreements.

Anca also plays a key role in M&A transactions, advising clients on benefits issues, conducting due diligence, and assisting with post transaction integration. Drawing from more than two decades of experience as a pension consultant before becoming an attorney, she provides practical and actionable advice for clients navigating the complexities of retirement plans.
