Mary Zinsner was quoted in a Law360 story titled, “ 4 Financial Services Litigation Hot Spots To Watch In 2020.” Zinsner is quoted about an upcoming Supreme Court case that will determine if President Trump’s financial records can be subpoenaed. “The court doesn’t hear that many bank cases and especially not cases involving third-party subpoenas.
