Atlanta partner Alison Grounds and associate Marlee Waxelbaum’s Information Intersection July 17 blog post – “Breaking the Seal: Does Using Third Party eDiscovery Vendors Raise Privilege and Work Product Issues” – was referenced in a July 17 Law Technology News article, which singled out some of the duo’s tips and thoughts on protecting privilege while outsourcing e-discovery.
