Jennifer Bojorquez Receives ‘Most Valuable Service Partner’ SPIRE Award
ORANGE COUNTY, Calif. – Jennifer Bojorquez, a partner in the Multifamily Housing Finance practice at Troutman Sanders LLP, has received a Most Valuable Service Partner SPIRE award from the Commercial Real Estate Women-Orange County (CREW-OC) organization. The annual SPIRE Awards recognize professionals for “superior performance in real estate” and are the premier real estate awards for Orange County. Bojorquez was nominated by her long-time client Capital One.
“I was honored to be nominated by my colleagues at Capital One and proud to be recognized alongside such accomplished real estate professionals,” said Bojorquez, who is an active member of CREW and a frequent speaker on real estate and related finance topics.
According to the SPIRE award nomination by Capital One, “Jennifer is the go-to attorney for Capital One’s Newport Beach Agency Finance team. Jennifer has earned this by being organized, proactive, responsive, thoughtful, creative and a team player on numerous transactions throughout 2018. She always knows where to find the answers, how to address the variety of issues that arise during a refinance or acquisition.”
Drawing from more than two decades of experience, Bojorquez counsels lenders, developers and investors on a variety of real estate finance matters, including all aspects of financing, purchase and sale, and leasing transactions. She also represents seller/servicers on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily loan origination and servicing matters. Last year, she counseled clients in closing loan transactions with an aggregate total of more than $1.4 billion.
Bojorquez is very involved in the Orange County community and often volunteers her time, mentoring and advocating for women and girls. She also chairs the Troutman Sanders Women’s Leadership and Growth Network which focuses on developing skills of women associates, growing business development opportunities for women attorneys and partnering with local nonprofits and clients on their initiatives.
Troutman Sanders’ Multifamily Housing Finance practice is the premier nationwide practice representing lenders in the multifamily finance industry. The practice focuses on counseling mortgage banking clients in the origination, sale and servicing of loan transactions sold to secondary market investors — primarily Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, as well as other financial institutions and securitization program participants.
