Troutman Sanders’ pro-bono work is recognized in a story in The Daily Report titled, “Major New Pro Bono Projects Help Imprisoned Immigrants, Struggling Students.” The story mentions the Atlanta Volunteer Lawyers Foundation’s project, Standing With Our Neighbors, which aims to reduce absenteeism and turnover at Thomasville Heights Elementary School. According to the story, “The unique initiative helped improve conditions and stabilize housing for 75 students at Thomasville Heights last year… They were helped by 32 volunteer attorneys who took cases, while 35 attorneys performed in-depth legal research.” Troutman Sanders is named as one of eight partner firms.
