North Hills steals downtown Raleigh tenant
The Triangle Business Journal spoke to partner Walter Fisher about the upcoming move of the firm’s Raleigh office from downtown Raleigh to midtown. With its current 10-year lease in the BB&T/Two Hannover Square building of Fayetteville Street expiring later this year, Fisher says the firm and its in-house lobbying group, Troutman Sanders Strategies, considered several Class A office properties around the downtown and midtown submarkets. The firm then executed a lease for top-floor office space in the new 12-story Midtown Plaza building that opened in the spring in North Hills. Troutman Sanders will share space with anchor tenants, Allscripts and SunTrust Bank.
