Martin S. Bloor is a member of the White Collar Litigation and Investigations Practice Group, resident in the New York office. He represents clients in white collar criminal matters, corporate investigations and complex commercial litigation. Mr. Bloor’s practice is primarily focused on criminal and regulatory investigations of individuals and corporations, internal corporate investigations, particularly in connection with potential violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), antitrust matters and securities and derivative litigation. Mr. Bloor also has experience in complex commercial litigation and appellate matters before federal and state courts. Mr. Bloor received his J.D., summa cum laude, from New York Law School in 1999, where he served as an articles editor on the New York Law School Law Review, and his B.A. in political science from Fordham University in 1996.
Melissa A. Chuderewicz is a member of the Health Effects Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Princeton office. Ms. Chuderewicz focuses her practice on the defense of complex products liability and mass tort cases against pharmaceutical, medical device and chemical manufacturers. Ms. Chuderewicz is a graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she was a case and note editor for the American Journal of Law and Medicine. She also was co-founder of the law school’s Shelter Legal Services Chapter. She received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania in 1998. Ms. Chuderewicz is a resident of Lawrenceville, NJ.
Edward T. Dartley is a member of the Funds Services and Financial Services Practice Groups, resident in the New York office. Mr. Dartley concentrates his practice on all facets of the asset management industry, with particular focuses on the alternative investment asset classes, private equity and venture capital funds, and managed accounts, regulatory, compliance and operational matters compliance audits and internal governance, and family offices. He also has extensive experience advising clients in the direct lending (peer to-peer) industry, as well as in the energy industry. Mr. Dartley is a graduate of Rutgers University (B.A. 1986) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D. 1991).
Jeffrey M. Goldman is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Orange County and Los Angeles offices. Mr. Goldman concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, labor and employment matters (including wage and hour actions), intellectual property matters, construction disputes, and class actions. He has represented clients in labor and employment matters in a variety of fields, including construction, retail/fashion, medical device companies, and professional recruiting companies. He has represented companies and individuals, ranging from Fortune 500 entities to small business owners. Mr. Goldman received a B.A. in communication arts from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 2001. In 2004, he received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law. He also is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Goldman resides in Los Angeles.
Timothy J. Leska is a member of the Tax Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Leska focuses his practice on general tax matters. Previously, Mr. Leska was an attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, DC. While at the IRS, Mr. Leska participated in the issuance of IRS pronouncements, including final regulations regarding partnership allocations of creditable foreign tax expenditures. Mr. Leska earned a B.A., magna cum laude, in political science and philosophy from Lycoming College in 2001, and a J.D., cum laude, from Temple University School of Law in 2004. At Temple, he was a member of the Temple Law Review and received a graduation award for outstanding achievement in taxation. Mr. Leska also earned his LL.M. (taxation), with distinction, from the Georgetown University Law Center in 2007. He lives in Springfield, Pa.
Hannah Dowd McPhelin is a member of the Real Estate Practice Group, resident in the Harrisburg and Philadelphia offices. Ms. McPhelin concentrates her practice in real estate matters and other business transactions, including the acquisition, sale and financing of commercial real estate properties and leasing of office, retail, warehouse and industrial space, representing both landlords and tenants. She is a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional and a member of the firm’s Sustainability, CleanTech and Climate Change Team. Ms. McPhelin is a 2004 graduate of Emory University School of Law, where she was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society and received the Order of Emory Advocates Award. She received her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Franklin & Marshall College in 1999, with a B.A. in Spanish and sociology. Ms. McPhelin is a resident of Camp Hill, Pa.
Sara B. Richman is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. Ms. Richman represents both institutions and individuals in complex commercial litigation matters and white collar criminal matters, with a particular focus on the health care and insurance industries. She has significant courtroom experience, including trials in both federal and state court, arbitrations, and administrative hearings. Ms. Richman also has extensive experience conducting internal investigations and representing clients in government investigations. Ms. Richman is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania (B.A. in sociology, 2002, cum laude, department honors) and Temple University Beasley School of Law (J.D., 2005, cum laude), where she was a member of the Temple Law Review. She resides in Philadelphia.
Blair L. Schiff is a member of the firm’s Affordable Housing and Community Development Practice Group, resident in the Washington office. Mr. Schiff concentrates in the areas of real estate, housing and policy development. His clients include multifamily lenders, residential and commercial developers, nonprofit organizations and public entities. He specializes in programs administered by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and low-income housing tax credits. Mr. Schiff is a 2005 graduate of George Mason School of Law where he was on the George Mason Civil Right Journal and a member of the Moot Court team. He lives in Washington, D.C.
Richard M. Schwartz is a member of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. Mr. Schwartz concentrates on trust, estate and business succession planning. He represents owners of closely held businesses, executives, and families of significant wealth. Mr. Schwartz counsels clients on complex matters involving income, estate, gift, and generation skipping transfer taxes, estate and trust administration, and general family and business issues. He also works with clients and their other advisors to implement sophisticated estate planning techniques. Mr. Schwartz earned a B.S. from Pennsylvania State University, a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University Law School. He is a resident of Berwyn, Pa.
Geoffrey R. Starr is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, resident in the Berwyn office. Mr. Starr’s practice focuses on representing entrepreneurs and private and publicly held emerging growth companies, particularly those in the life sciences and technologies industries. He also represents several national and international venture capital and private equity funds in their investment activities. Mr. Starr’s work with companies spans the entire corporate life cycle, and he currently serves as outside general counsel to several start-up and emerging growth companies, providing practical, actionable advice on issues ranging from day-to-day corporate matters to corporate governance and strategic matters. He is a graduate of Colby College (2000) and Emory University School of Law (2005). Mr. Starr lives in Devon, Pa.

Frank H. Griffin, IV is a member of the Commercial Litigation and International and Domestic Arbitration practice groups, resident in the Philadelphia office. He has represented clients in disputes before federal and state courts, as well as in domestic and international arbitrations. Mr. Griffin has substantial experience in international dispute resolution and other complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, and disputes arising under the antitrust and securities laws. Mr. Griffin also has significant experience representing clients in the health care industry, including hospitals and health systems, medical device companies and pharmaceutical companies. He received his undergraduate degree from Washington and Lee University, and his law degree from The George Washington University Law School, where he was a senior associate on the George Washington Law Review. Mr. Griffin is a resident of Philadelphia.
Seth R. Oltman is a member of the Health Effects Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on the representation of pharmaceutical clients in multidistrict and class action litigation, regulatory counseling and government investigations. Mr. Oltman earned a B.A. in history from Yale University in 1997, and his J.D. from New York University School of Law in 2004. While in law school, he served as a student editor for I•CON, The International Journal of Constitutional Law. Mr. Oltman lives in Wynnewood, Pa.
Elizabeth M. Ray is a member of the Health Effects Litigation Practice Group, resident in the Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on the defense of pharmaceutical products liability, consumer protection and Medicaid false claims litigation. Ms. Ray earned a B.A. in psychology, magna cum laude, from Harvard University in 1997, her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law in 2000, and a Certificate in biomedical writing from the University of the Sciences in 2015. While in law school, she served as a student editor for The Journal of Constitutional Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Ms. Ray resides in Philadelphia.
Michael A. Temple is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group, resident in the Southfield office. Mr. Temple concentrates his practice in commercial law and general corporate matters, with an emphasis on venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and international corporate transactions, technology licensing and service agreements, and securities transactions. He is particularly experienced in the formation and operation of Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) licensed by the United States Small Business Administration. In addition to representing SBICs in all facets of their life cycle, Mr. Temple also represents buyers and sellers in acquisitions and restructurings; commercial entities in the full range of general commercial matters; and borrowers and lenders in financing transactions. Mr. Temple is a 1999 graduate of Wayne State University Law School, where he was an associate editor of the Law Review. He received his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 1996, where he earned a B.A., with honors, in economics. Mr. Temple lives in Shelby Township, Mi.
