About Benchmark Litigation
Focused exclusively on the U.S. litigation market, Benchmark Litigation identifies leading U.S. attorneys and firms at the local and national levels. Results are the culmination of a six-month research period during which researchers conduct extensive interviews with litigators and their clients. Recent casework handled by the firms is examined and sources are asked to offer their professional opinions on litigators practicing within their state or national practice areas. Firms and individuals cannot pay to be recommended in this guide.
