Three Troutman Pepper Partners Recognized as ‘Legal Elite’ by Georgia Trend Magazine
ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper partners David Golden, Gary Marsh and Larry Gramlich have been named to Georgia Trend Magazine’s “2020 Legal Elite,” which recognizes top legal talent across Georgia. Attorneys are recognized in 16 different practice areas and are selected by their peers.
David Golden, a partner in the firm’s Private Wealth Management Practice Group, is recognized for his work involving estate and trust litigation and tax law. His legal practice includes planning, compliance, transactions and civil tax controversies. He is involved in a variety of matters relating to state and federal taxation of corporations, partnerships, individuals, tax exempt entities and industrial development bonds.
Partner Gary Marsh is a veteran restructuring attorney focused on all aspects of bankruptcy, workouts, debtor and creditor law and general commercial litigation. He is a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring and Insolvency Practice Group and represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 11 cases, out-of-court restructurings and litigation.
Partner Larry Gramlich specializes in real estate law. His experience in representing developers in acquisition, development, leasing and sale of real property is what makes him the “go-to” attorney for organizations involved with large real estate transactions.
