Troutman Pepper Advises Rheem in Acquisition of Friedrich Air Conditioning
NEW YORK – Troutman Pepper client Rheem®, a global manufacturer of HVAC equipment, water heaters, boilers, and commercial refrigeration solutions, has acquired Friedrich Air Conditioning from Monomoy Capital Partners.
Founded in 1925, Rheem innovates new ways to deliver precise temperatures while saving energy, water and supporting a more sustainable future. Friedrich Air Conditioning manufactures room air conditioning, dehumidification, and air purification products for residential and commercial applications and is a leader in high-end air conditioning solutions for single room use in lodging, commercial, and multi-family sectors.
