Troutman Pepper Counsels Atlantic Capital Bancshares in Merger with SouthState Corporation
ATLANTA – Troutman Pepper client Atlantic Capital Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: ACBI) recently announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement with SouthState Corporation (NASDAQ: SSB) following which Atlantic Capital will merge with and into SouthState in an all-stock transaction with an aggregate value of approximately $543 million.
