Troutman Pepper Paralegal Recognized as ‘Unsung Legal Hero’ by Virginia Lawyers Weekly
RICHMOND, Va. – Alexander Crump, a paralegal in Troutman Pepper’s Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, has been recognized among the 2020 “Unsung Legal Heroes” by Virginia Lawyers Weekly. The awards honor law firm employees – including firm administrators, IT/operations professionals, clerks, marketers, paralegals and receptionists – who have consistently gone above and beyond the call of duty, often behind the scenes.
Crump has been with Troutman Pepper for just over 20 years and has spent most of his career as a paralegal with the firm. He has played an important role in the management of TCPA compliance projects and has also coordinated document and information management associated with attorney general civil investigations, including identifying documents and emails for discovery requests and reviewing for privilege and relevancy.
“Alex is a great colleague and an integral part of our practice,” said Michael Lacy, who leads the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group at Troutman Pepper. “His ‘can do’ attitude and commitment to client service really come through in his work. He is very deserving of this award.”
Crump and other 2020 “Unsung Legal Heroes” will be recognized in a special section of Virginia Lawyers Weekly.
