Troutman Pepper Partner Andrea Rimer Selected for Fellows of the American Bar Foundation
ATLANTA – Andrea Rimer, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Environmental and Natural Resources Practice, has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation (ABF). Membership is limited to just 1% of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction. Members are nominated by their peers and selected by the ABF Board.
In her practice, Rimer regularly represents buyers, sellers, and lenders in the purchase and sale of real property and corporate assets across the United States, with a particular focus on brownfields redevelopment and compliance with hazardous substance and waste laws. Rimer is recognized nationally as a leading attorney in hazardous site cleanup and redevelopment. She has assisted clients in successfully and efficiently managing environmental issues in the acquisition, lending, and divestiture of properties throughout the U.S.
