Troutman Pepper Partner Dan McDonough to Serve on ACG Philadelphia’s Board of Directors
BERWYN, Pa. – Dan McDonough, a partner in Troutman Pepper’s Corporate and Private Equity Practice Groups, has been appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG). As a member of the board, he will work to advance the organization’s efforts to help Philadelphia’s middle market M&A strategic and financial buyers and advisors build trusted networks, and source and secure financing to close deals.
McDonough advises clients across industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance matters, complex commercial contracting, and general corporate advisory matters. He also counsels sponsors of private equity funds and strategic buyers in buyouts, co-investments, recapitalizations, mergers, and asset and stock acquisitions.
