Troutman Pepper's Zach Torres-Fowler Named Regional Director for Society of Construction Law North America
PHILADELPHIA – Zach Torres-Fowler, an attorney in Troutman Pepper’s Construction Practice Group, has been named Regional Director for the Society of Construction Law North America’s Delaware Valley region. In this role, he will work to promote the mission of the Society throughout the greater Philadelphia region.
The Society of Construction Law North America was founded in 2017 to promote education, study, and research in construction law and related subjects in the United States, Canada, South America and across the globe.
At Troutman Pepper, Torres-Fowler concentrates his practice on construction-related disputes and specializes in complex domestic and international arbitration proceedings. He has advised clients in connection with construction and infrastructure projects in the United States, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Torres-Fowler is also a regular author and speaker in the field of construction and international arbitration and is an adjunct professor at Charles Widger School of Law at Villanova University where he teaches courses on international commercial arbitration.
