Troutman Sanders represents Jason Wu; InterLuxe launched
Troutman Sanders was mentioned in numerous publications (The Business Journals, citybizlist, Dow Jones Factiva, Reutersand others) about New York-based private equity firm Lee Equity Partners and retail veterans Allen Questrom, Gary Wassner and Melissa Beste launching InterLuxe, a “platform to invest in growing high potential fashion and luxury brands and support them with infrastructure, capital, and business resources to accelerate growth.”
InterLuxe’s first investment is with the New York-based fashion brand Jason Wu, whose luxury clothing and accessories are distributed globally. Chief Creative Officer Jason Wu is perhaps best known to the general public for designing dresses for First Lady Michelle Obama. Wu also serves as the artistic director for Hugo Boss AG’s BOSS HUGO BOSS womenswear collection.
