Troutman Sanders Taps Greg Saulinskas for Chief Financial Officer
ATLANTA – Greg Saulinskas has been named chief financial officer of Troutman Sanders effective May 18. Saulinskas has more than two decades of experience, including serving as Troutman Sanders’ director of finance for nearly 10 years. As CFO, Saulinskas will oversee the firm’s accounting and financial operations strategies.
“We are confident in Greg’s leadership and ability to steer our accounting and finance team in a direction that ultimately enables us to best serve our clients,” said Steve Lewis, managing partner of Troutman Sanders. “His successful track record, the respect he has earned within the firm and industry expertise make him well-suited for the role.”
As director of finance for the firm, Saulinskas previously managed all finance, pricing, and reporting activities, leading projects and initiatives on LPM, data visualization, profitability, pricing, and related operations. Prior to Troutman Sanders, he served in various roles with Global Payments, Inc. and JP Morgan Chase Card Services.
“Our firm and the greater industry are facing real challenges as a result of COVID-19,” Saulinskas said. “However, our firm has a world-class accounting and finance team and system, and we are strongly positioned to overcome such challenges. As CFO, I remain dedicated to the firm and our mission of delivering a higher commitment to client care.”
Saulinskas succeeds Lee Williams, who served in the role for 18 years. When Troutman Sanders merges with Pepper Hamilton on July 1, Saulinskas will serve as CFO of the combined firm, Troutman Pepper.
