TJ Mascia will participate in two panels at the Water Environment Federation Annual Technical Exhibition and Conference, which will be held September 27, 2014 in New Orleans, LA.
TJ will be a panelist at the session, “Programs in Practice: Examples of How Trading Works, Tools Involved, and Interactive Discussion of Compliance Scenarios.” The panel will offer a summary of the Electric Power Research Institute’s Ohio River Basin Water Quality Trading Pilot Project, the first active multi-state nutrient trading program in the county. He will also be a panelist at the session, “Guidance, Litigation, Rules and Regulatory Directions,” which will offer an overview of legal developments and considerations affecting the present and future status of water quality trading.
