Located midway between North Carolina’s internationally known Research Triangle Park and the state capitol, the attorneys in our Raleigh office serve clients with interests, operations, and headquarters across North Carolina, nationwide and internationally. Whether leveraging our longstanding working relationships with state and local elected and appointed officials, handling real estate transactions and investments in the Raleigh metropolitan area and across the U.S., negotiating mergers and acquisitions, or arguing cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, we provide effective, insightful counsel at every step. Our financial services litigation and transactional teams are well known for their representation of major banks and other financial institutions.
Our roots in the Raleigh business, cultural and charitable communities are deep and strong, in large part because many of our attorneys have lived and worked in Raleigh for decades. We played a major role in the development of North Hills, an innovative mixed-use project where our office is located and whose shops, residences, hotels, offices, restaurants and entertainment venues have become the defining presence of Midtown Raleigh. Our partners are involved in economic development organizations and have served and currently serve on the boards of diverse arts organizations and educational institutions. Our attorneys and staff also volunteer for local chapters of numerous national charitable organizations.
