Ben is an attorney in the firm's Consumer Financial Services practice where he represents lenders and loan servicers in consumer, eminent domain, asset forfeiture, and title-curative litigation. He also represents investment firms in FINRA arbitrations and litigation involving customer and broker disputes. Ben has experience litigating both California and federal consumer laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Truth in Lending Act, Regulation Z, California Rosenthal Act, California Unfair Competition Law, and the California Homeowner's Bill of Rights. Ben has also assisted with litigating consumer financial matters in Colorado, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Texas, Kentucky, Tennessee, New Jersey, and Washington. He recently graduated from University of San Diego School of Law, where he completed his J.D. and served as an editor for the San Diego Law Review.
