Carly represents clients throughout the U.S. in state, federal, trial, and appellate courts. Carly's practice encompasses a range of areas, including complex litigation and contract disputes, data privacy and security law, higher education, ERISA, and labor and employment. Carly previously clerked for the Hon. Jane R. Roth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Prior to law school, Carly was a communications professional for more than a decade, first as a journalist and newsroom director and later in management roles at two nonprofit policy think tanks.
Carly graduated from Rutgers Law School, summa cum laude, where she was a Tischler Scholar, executive editor for the Rutgers University Law Review, and recipient of the Alumni Senior Prize, awarded to the graduate exhibiting the greatest achievement during their law school career and with the greatest promise as a future member of the legal profession.
Carly earned her M.P.A. from New York University, where she was a Wagner Public Service scholar, and her B.A. from Yale University.
