Elizabeth is a SHRM Certified Senior Professional (SHRM-SCP) and a HRCI Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She is responsible for incorporating human resources strategies in the workplace to ensure smooth and effective recruiting, development, and retention.
Her key areas of responsibility are firmwide employee development, performance and talent management; staff recruiting; wellness; and change management efforts. She has additional experience in health and welfare benefits, rewards and recognition programs, and organization design.
Prior to joining the firm, Elizabeth spent more than 20 years in a variety of human resources roles in various industries, including financial services, e-commerce, and professional associations.
