Elizabeth serves as a senior manager in the Richmond office of Troutman Pepper Strategies. She has years of experience in Virginia politics and government, gained both in state government as well as on political campaigns. Before joining the team, she served as vice president at Two Capitols Consulting, where her clients spanned human and social services, education, and criminal justice reform.
In 2017, Elizabeth was appointed by Governor Terry McAuliffe to the Millennial Civic Engagement Task Force. She was also a member of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV) Student Advisory Committee. Elizabeth is an alumna of the prestigious Virginia Governor's Fellows Program, serving in the Secretariat of the Commonwealth.
Elizabeth received her bachelor's degree in government, and spanish linguistics and philology from the University of Virginia, where she was heavily involved in promoting civic engagement. She was responsible for organizing UVA Lobby Day in Richmond, a student-led effort. Elizabeth has been volunteering and working political campaigns for local, state, and national candidates around the Commonwealth since 2011.
A native of Arlington, she now lives in Richmond's Church Hill neighborhood. Elizabeth serves as a volunteer college advisory at a Partnership for the Future. She is a 2019 graduate of the Sorensen Emerging Leaders Program.
