Harry focuses his practice on drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patents in the health sciences field. His practice also includes conducting freedom-to-operate, due diligence, patentability, and competitive landscape analysis. Harry has an in-depth theoretical background along with practical experience in general biology, microbiology, and immunology, as well as in cellular and molecular biology.
Prior to joining the firm, Harry was a patent agent at an international law firm where he assisted pharmaceutical companies and universities with patent prosecution-related matters and with patent portfolio management. Harry was also a technical specialist at an IP boutique law firm where he assisted startup biotech companies with patent prosecution-related matters. He obtained his Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Patras, Greece. His doctoral research focused on cancer angiogenesis and the use of synthetic peptides as a potential anti-cancer therapy.
