Jennifer is an associate in the firm's Corporate practice, and focuses on representations involving private investment funds, including private equity, venture capital, and SBIC funds.
In addition to serving the needs of her corporate clients, Jennifer maintains a robust pro bono practice and regularly assists in reviewing contracts and drafting corporate governance documents for small businesses in connection with her involvement in Start Small Think Big.
Jennifer received her J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. While attending law school, Jennifer served as business manager and staff editor for Cardozo Law Review and was the recipient of the Dean's Merit Scholarship and the Cardozo Service and Achievement Award. Jennifer also zealously participated as a legal intern at the Bet Tzedek Civil Litigation Clinic.
