Julian is an associate in the firm's Consumer Financial Services practice. Before joining the firm, he served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John F. Anderson in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.
Julian earned his J.D. from William and Mary Law School, where he was a member of the national trial team and was inducted into the National Order of Barristers for his participation and performance as a student advocate. Julian was also a member of William and Mary's Bill of Rights Journal, treasurer for the Black Law Students Association, and a fellow for the Center for Racial and Social Justice.
