From pre-suit diligence through discovery, trial, post-trial briefing and appeal, Katherine has represented clients in cases involving a wide range of technology areas including mechanical devices, theater hoists/winches, pilates reformers, artificial Christmas trees, semiconductor materials, light emitting diodes, consumer electronics, data technology, financial systems, computer software, and pharmaceuticals. She is often heavily involved in substantive analysis and case strategy, typically developing and exploring strategic positions based on fact and expert discovery.
