Kevin is well-versed across the regulatory landscape that impacts financial institutions throughout their business cycle, including the regulatory application processes of the federal banking agencies and various state bank regulators. He counsels banks on traditional and nontraditional bank charters; fintech, regtech, and artificial intelligence solutions; bank/thrift and holding company regulations; insolvency and restructuring of troubled or failing banks; corporate governance; and board of director advisory services.
Kevin also advises international banks on their entry into the U.S. market, including banking agency application processes, the risks related to OFAC sanctions, BSA/AML compliance, cross-border Dodd-Frank matters, among other issues.
