Matthew is an associate in the firm's Construction practice. He focuses his practice on handling transactional and litigation matters, and on resolving complex issues arising from residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Matthew's clients include an array of real estate owners and developers of high-rise commercial residential and office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
He graduated from Emory University School of Law as an Edward Brennan Scholar. While in law school, Matthew was the managing editor for the Emory International Law Review and served as director of the Emory LGBTQ Legal Services, the first university-sponsored legal effort devoted to issues of sexual orientation and gender identity in the region.
During his time at Emory, Matthew also served as legal extern for Century Communities, Inc. and as judicial intern for Nassau County Supreme Court. Matthew received his bachelor's degree in real estate from New York University.
