Tommy focuses his practice on purchase, sale, leasing, and loan transactions for commercial real estate. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting retail, office, ground, and industrial leases, purchase agreements, construction agreements, easements, restrictive covenants, loan documents, and other transactional documents.
Tommy is a 2003 graduate of the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William and Mary where he received his J.D. He also received his bachelor's degree in 1995 from Mary Washington College.
