Three Troutman Pepper Attorneys Named to Super Lawyers' Northern California List
SAN FRANCISCO – Three Troutman Pepper attorneys, including Greg Bishop, Hillary Lehmann and Angela Levin, have been named to the 2020 Super Lawyers ® Northern California list, which recognizes attorneys who have attained a high-degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Recipients are determined by independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations.
Partner Greg Bishop was recognized as a top-rated intellectual property attorney in Redwood City, California for the tenth consecutive year. Bishop represents clients in complex patent infringement cases involving high technology areas such as microprocessors, semiconductors, software, digital signal processing, and networking technology. He has obtained favorable outcomes for clients in cases brought before the federal district court, the International Trade Commission and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Associate Hillary Lehmann was named to Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list for her work in business litigation. Lehmann, who operates from the firm’s San Francisco office, focuses her practice on the defense and prosecution of complex commercial disputes. She is experienced in the litigation of matters involving contract claims and business torts in a variety of commercial settings including post-closing merger and acquisition disputes, the financial services industry, and construction disputes.
Angela Levin, a partner in the firm’s San Francisco office, was named to Super Lawyers’ Rising Stars list for her work in environmental law. Levin assists clients with regulatory counseling, policy development, and enforcement under a range of environmental laws, with a focus on the Clean Air Act and state counterparts as well as management of retail and chemical products under California’s Prop 65, the Toxic Substances Control Act, and the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Her practice also includes counseling clients on the environmental issues associated with project development and acquisition.
