Greg defends clients in complex patent infringement cases involving high technology areas such as microprocessors, semiconductors, software, digital signal processing, and networking technology. He has obtained favorable outcomes for clients in cases brought before the federal district court, the International Trade Commission, and post-grant proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Greg's technical knowledge and past experience working inside a large technology company make him intimately familiar with the types of issues his clients face. Before practicing privately at large law firms, Greg was an engineer for more than six years with IBM Corp. in both New York and California. In addition to his law degree, Greg has a master's degree in computer engineering and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
