Troutman Pepper Names Kalama Lui-Kwan Office Managing Partner in San Francisco
SAN FRANCISCO – Troutman Pepper announced today that Kalama Lui-Kwan, a partner in the Consumer Financial Services Practice Group, will become office managing partner (OMP) of the San Francisco office, effective May 1, 2022. In addition to Lui-Kwan, Troutman Pepper also announced that four other attorneys have been named as new OMPs in the firm’s Boston, Chicago, Princeton, and Los Angeles offices.

Lui-Kwan has a national litigation practice representing parties in complex commercial disputes arising out of M&A deals. He also represents consumer-facing companies in class actions and regulatory investigations. He regularly advises fintechs and national banks on regulatory and compliance matters and counsels financial institutions on the development of new products and services with their partners in the fintech space.
