D. Kyle Deak (Raleigh/Financial Services Litigation) represents financial institutions, loan servicers, and investors in lender liability actions, real property financing disputes, foreclosures and other commercial disputes.
Byron Kirkpatrick (Atlanta/Environmental & Natural Resources) advises industrial clients, developers, and local municipalities on complex environmental policy, permitting, compliance and enforcement, and transactional matters.
Christopher L. Lucas (Tysons Corner/Finance) represents institutional lenders in a wide range of financing transactions, including structuring, preparing and negotiating financing documents in connection with secured and unsecured asset-based loans, as well as in real estate supported transactions with borrowers that include high-tech, life science and bio-tech companies, government contractors, and venture capital and private equity firms.
Amanda Stokes Mann (Raleigh/Real Estate) has a core real estate practice that focuses on real estate development, licensing and land use, finance, and energy and infrastructure.
Jason D. McLarry (Atlanta/Construction) focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of construction claims in court or before arbitration panels. He also routinely negotiates and prepares complex construction and engineering contracts, as well as counsels clients through all phases of domestic and international projects.
Jeremy M. McLean (Richmond/Multifamily Housing Finance) represents lenders in the origination and servicing of loans under Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and private mortgage conduit multifamily programs secured by multifamily housing complexes located across the country.
Eric Rumanek (Atlanta/Business Litigation) represents and advises clients in a variety of litigation matters, focusing in particular on the representation of pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex mass tort, personal injury, and wrongful death actions concerning specialized and technical areas of science and medicine.
James J. Sanders (Chicago/Insurance) primarily represents insurers in complex, high-stakes insurance coverage litigation, with an emphasis on long-tail environmental and toxic tort claims. His experience also includes representing companies in commercial litigation and defending insurers against "bad faith" claims.
Michael H. Wall (Atlanta/Real Estate) represents clients in connection with commercial real estate development, acquisition, disposition and leasing matters. He has significant experience with industrial, office and retail assets, and his practice is national in scope.
Brian P. Watt (Atlanta/Business Litigation) represents and advises clients in a wide variety of matters, with an emphasis on complex litigation and commercial real estate litigation. He is experienced in litigating various commercial and business disputes, including breach of contract, antitrust, constitutional torts, fraud, defamation, tortious interference, and other statutory claims.
