Jason is a member of the firm's Construction Practice Group. He focuses his practice on the prosecution and defense of construction claims in court or before arbitration panels as well as service as project counsel for complex projects on a national basis. Jason has successfully represented owners, contractors and subcontractors, design professionals and material suppliers in matters involving utility and infrastructure construction, power plants, renewable projects, high rise office buildings, university facilities, casinos, and other complex projects. He has obtained favorable results for his clients at every stage of the litigation process from early motions, summary judgment, to verdicts for his clients following trial.
Jason draws on his litigation experience to negotiate and draft construction contracts and associated contract documents on his clients' behalf. He is widely recognized as a skilled advisor, providing strategic guidance in the role of project counsel to manage risk and ensure proper documentation and resolution of claims.
