Uncivil Procedure: Mobile Data Discovery
Partner Alison Grounds was the guest on the Uncivil Procedure podcast from e-discovery software provider Relativity. In discussing the evolution of mobile device discovery, brought into the public eye through events like the New England Patriot’s “Deflategate” controversy, Grounds pointed out that because cell phones are easy to destroy, easy to lose and difficult to collect from, that mobile device discovery is seeing a rise in case law. She added, “People know there’s information there or potential information there and it’s becoming more of a discussion point in cases than it used to be.” You can listen to the full episode here.
