Jovanni represents companies in the financial services industry. He specializes in protecting consumer-centric financial institutions from class action lawsuits and individual claims in both state and federal legal environments and in handling the intricate array of consumer protection regulations, such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
Jovanni received his J.D. from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court team and a national quarterfinalist in the Jeffrey G. Miller National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. He also served as graduation chair in the Latinx Law Student Association and previously served as the association's academic chair.
