Daniel Archuleta (Washington, D.C./Energy) focuses on regulation and competition issues within the energy industry. He represents natural gas pipelines, electric utilities and transmission companies before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission and various state public utility commissions, including in administrative proceedings involving ratemaking, certificates, complaints, restructuring, rulemaking, and enforcement matters.
Alan Bakowski (Atlanta/Business Litigation) represents businesses in civil litigation in state and federal courts throughout the country, specializing in complex commercial disputes. He has represented financial institutions, multinational corporations and small-to-medium sized businesses in a variety of business disputes, including breaches of contract, fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, and violations of antitrust laws.
Seth Erickson (Chicago/Insurance) handles complex insurance coverage litigation matters and provides strategic advice to clients on a broad range of insurance coverage issues, including professional liability, general liability, cyber liability, and bad faith matters. In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Erickson represents clients in general commercial litigation disputes and in bankruptcy-related matters.
Chris Forstner (Richmond/Intellectual Property) counsels clients on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent law and litigation, post grant proceedings, patent preparation and prosecution, technology licensing agreements, and strategic portfolio development. He helps clients of all sizes, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, build IP protection programs to identify, protect, license and monetize patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret portfolios. He also advises on issues related to trademark law, restrictive covenants, confidential and trade secret information protection, and competitive intelligence.
Dave Gettings (Virginia Beach/Financial Services Litigation) represents national and multinational clients in federal and state court. He specializes in class action lawsuit defense, complex commercial litigation, consumer law and regulatory compliance. This includes defending corporations in class action litigation under federal consumer protection statutes, financial regulations, and state equivalents.
Tom Hay (Atlanta/Insurance) represents clients in complex, high-stakes insurance disputes. Hay provides strategic counseling to clients on a wide variety of insurance issues, including professional liability, D&O, cyber liability, media-tech, environmental liability, employment practices liability, and commercial general liability coverage. Hay also litigates coverage and bad faith actions around the country at the trial and appellate levels.
Puja Patel Lea (Atlanta/Intellectual Property) is a litigator who focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes and related strategic counseling. She represents national and multinational businesses in patent, copyright, and trademark litigation in federal trial and appellate courts throughout the nation.
Bennet Moskowitz (New York/Business Litigation) focuses on litigation involving contract law, business torts, judgment enforcement, intellectual property, and bankruptcy, among other areas. He represents clients in federal and state courts throughout the country, in all phases of litigation, including trials and appeals.
Austin Padgett (Atlanta/Intellectual Property) has particular experience in the areas of copyright, trademark and advertising law. He counsels businesses and creators as they develop and employ brands, concepts, content, promotions, advertising and intellectual property across all media.
