We represent clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), U.S. Department of Energy, state public utility commissions, and other state and federal agencies, on myriad issues including rate cases, certificate proceedings, securing project authorizations and permits, navigating compliance and enforcement issues amongst other issues.
- Leading litigation experience: We handle energy-related disputes, including investigations, administrative hearings, arbitrations, lawsuits, appeals, and conflicts involving accounting, antitrust, breach of contract, environmental issues, joint ventures, patent infringement, pipeline disputes, regulatory issues, and more.
