A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo (Houston) acted as U.S. counsel for Hunting PLC in the acquisition of all the outstanding equity of Enpro Subsea, including Enpro’s subsidiaries located in Norway, Ghana and the U.S., for approximately US$33 million. Enpro provides subsea production technology that has been adopted by offshore operators within the global oil and gas industry. The company will continue to trade under the Enpro Subsea brand and operate with the existing management team. Additional assistance was provided by Shannon Schroeder (Houston).
