Locke Lord Represents Trace Midstream in Combination With Gemini Midstream

A Locke Lord team led by Jennie Simmons (Houston) represented the management team of Trace Midstream in its combination with Gemini Midstream, both portfolio companies of Quantum Energy Partners, to focus on growth and expansion of the Gemini Carthage Pipeline, a 50-mile natural gas system in Harrison and Panola Counties, Texas. The combined team will operate as Trace Midstream. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Additional assistance was provided by Kevin Peter (Houston).
