A Locke Lord team led by Mike Malfettone (New York) and Mike Serra (Providence) represented Greenbacker Capital Management, LLC, through an affiliated fund, in an investment in Revolv, a full-service provider of electric medium-to-heavy commercial fleets that simplifies the transition from internal combustion engines to electric, helping its customers navigate the complexities of government incentives, charging infrastructure and financing. The $15 million Series A funding round led by Greenbacker will enable Revolv to expand its operations across North America to support the growing demand for decarbonized commercial fleets with light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.
