Troutman Pepper Advises Navengage in Series A Financing

Troutman Pepper represented Navengage, an educational technology company focused on student engagement and organization management software for universities, in closing its Series A equity financing.

Navengage has created a mobile-first, white-label platform that helps universities organize and optimize their student engagement. Students can set and track personal goals, discover university-wide engagement opportunities, network with each other, and find the tools and resources they need to find a sense of belonging and achieve personal growth in college. Universities can build one-to-one relationships with their students, especially underserved groups such as international and transfer students.

The Troutman Pepper team advising Navengage was led by Partner Michael Jones and included Partners Thomas Dwyer and Thomas Phelan; Associates Benjamin Bevilacqua and Ethan Zook; and Paralegal Dawn Hall.

Navengage participated in Troutman Pepper’s Startup and Early-Stage Entrepreneurial Development (SEED) Program. The program combines the resources of an experienced, multidisciplinary team into an affordable package for startups, early-stage, and fast-growing companies. Clients receive legal counsel, mentoring, relationship building opportunities, and more.
