BOSTON – Troutman Pepper Locke represented Bloom Burton Securities Inc., as agent, in connection with Conavi Medical Corp.’s (TSXV: CNVI) public offering at a price of C$0.45 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately C$12 million. For more information, see the press release.
Conavi intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to obtain U.S. FDA 510(k) clearance of the next generation Novasight Hybrid system, as well as complete a limited market release and initiate a broader commercial launch in the U.S. The company also intends to use the net proceeds for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
