Troutman Pepper Locke Represents Renaissance Offshore in Sale to 1947 Oil & Gas

DALLAS – Troutman Pepper Locke represented Renaissance Offshore LLC (Renaissance Offshore), a Houston-based oil and gas producer, in its sale to newly formed 1947 Oil & Gas PLC (1947). The acquisition provides 1947 with an operational base to grow as the company pursues a strategy of rolling up mature, conventional oil-weighted assets across the U.S. Gulf of Mexico and Gulf Coast region.

The Troutman Pepper Locke team representing Renaissance Offshore was led by Henry Benton and Bill Swanstrom, and included Alex Dillard, Buddy Sanders, Mackenzie Purvis, Hannah Harb, Case Towslee, and John Calvert.
