Troutman Pepper Locke advised U.S. Compliance (USC), a national provider of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) services, in its acquisition of OSHA/Environmental Compliance Systems (OECS), a regional leader in EHS consulting headquartered in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, with a strong presence in the Upper Midwest.
USC employs a unique Compliance-as-a-Service model, which is a transformational approach to EHS compliance that combines expert consulting, cloud-based software, and on-demand support to help clients achieve and sustain EHS compliance, reduce risk, and improve overall company performance. The acquisition of OECS further solidifies USC’s industry-leading position in the EHS services market and charts expansion into the region. OECS also marks USC’s latest acquisition, following closely behind Hellman & Associates, with Troutman Pepper Locke serving as legal advisor for both transactions.
The team advising USC was led by Todd Boylan and Samantha Peruto, and included Jenny Ji.
