About the Conference

Nanette Heide will be moderating a panel titled “ESG at a Crossroads: Transition in an Evolving World.” The panel will address Europe’s ESG rules, which are in a pivotal transition phase, as regulators try to balance strong disclosure and transition requirements with simpler rules and global competitiveness. A panel of general counsels will provide a practical overview of the current ESG regime, expected changes, and how clients are responding—focusing on delivering clear, pragmatic legal advice that ensures compliance while supporting business objectives. Nanette will be joined in the discussion by Leanne Geale of Nestlé; Suzanne Kröner-Rosmalen of NautaDutilh; Giovanni Lombardi of Illimity; Laurent Vallee of Carrefour; and Rudolf Von Moreau, of Infineon Technologies.
