The American Bar Association (ABA) will be hosting their upcoming forum on Construction Law, "The Art & Science of Construction Litigation," on April 11 – 13, 2024 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Joe Imperiale will serve as program co-chair for the event.
On April 11, Mike Subak will be a panelist on Preparing and Presenting Construction Damages, which will highlight the critical role of in-house counsel in the investigation, assessment, evaluation, and preparation of damages and defenses. On April 12, Justice Herold Melton will be hosting the forum's Diversity and Inclusion Breakfast.
The 2024 Annual Meeting, "The Art & Science of Construction Litigation," will cover a broad spectrum of topics relevant to both litigation and transactional practices, and to outside and in-house counsel. The program has prepared sessions that will appeal to seasoned construction attorneys and those new to the practice, covering age-old trial techniques along with new techniques and approaches for mitigating risks and resolving construction disputes.
