This CLE presentation will provide attendees with the information they need to ensure that eligible Pennsylvanians can successfully cast their ballots this election cycle. Presenters will address common questions that voters have regarding deadlines, mail-in ballots, absentee ballots, provisional ballots, appropriate conduct at polling places, and much more. Presenters will also discuss recent and pending litigation that may affect voting practices in Pennsylvania. Attendees will leave the presentation armed with the information they need to assess whether a voter is eligible to vote in Pennsylvania, to explain how voters can successfully cast their ballots, and to identify improper conduct that may be intended to intimidate voters or suppress votes.
